Summer filled crochet for June, July and August

The Summer and Fall have been filled with me crocheting for different events.  I crocheted blankets for a charity drive.

.

During the 4th of July, I was in Chicago and wore a couple of crochet items while exploring the city and dancing.

I attend the Barbie Convention in July and was able to wear a few of my crochet pieces throughout the convention

I participated in the Fashion Show.  I wore  Palette Barbie by Stephen Burrows.  I created over 400
circles to look like Palettes.

This is my Diorama that depicted the Wiz, Broadway play.  My sister and I won 2nd place.

This is my version of a female scarecrow from the Wiz.  She won honorable mention at the convention.

I attended a boat ride and created a dress from several pieces that I had previously crocheted for other projects.  I was  able to combine both of them.  Looking out over the water in New York City

I attended the New York Stepper's Weekend Sunday Brunch on August 2, 2015
This dress was created as a skirt and then I added the bodice to create a dress so that I could wear my denim as one piece without adding a separate top.

I wore this crochet top with beads to a friend's birthday party  with  a 70"s theme.

I attended the Derby Party at the Golf Course.  Here is my crocheted Hat for the event.

I attended an event   showing of several independent films by up and coming film producers.
