This scarf is created with a boucle yarn that is in a variegated blue and white color. I used double and single crochet to create this scarf to show up the texture of the boucle yarn.

Lemon Spun Cowl
I created this scarf before cowls were in. I used two strands of Lion Brand fun fur to create the cowl and the front piece is create using Lion Brand's Homespun. The front piece tucks nicely inside to keep the rest of your body warm.

Textures and Red Scarf
This scarf used various Berocco Yarns in shades of red. This is various metallic, suede, acrylic and wool yarn. The middle part of the scarf is created with a lacy stitch and top and bottom have suede squares that have been surrounded with various yarns.
Lessie Scarf
This scarf uses a cotton yarn that is created with a chain 5 and single crochet stitch. I created this scarf in honor of my grandmother. When she crocheted hats, this was the only pattern she used. I used it in two different directions in this scarf.
Leaves in the Open Scarf
This scarf is created using various gray colored acrylic yarns. The leaves are created separately and outline using surface crochet. The scarf uses single crochet thorough out with a simple checkered pattern.

Bow Tie Scarf

Country Dance Scarf
Bronze Delight
I wore this crochet halter dress to a banquet on Saturday. The function was semi formal and I did not want to buy a dress. I looked in my closet and found this dress that I only wore one time to a crochet convention in 2003. I was surprised, but it still fit.

Showcase of Scarves 1/9
I was inspired to showcase my scarves based on a post that I saw about a year of scarves. The first scarf is 100% wool made from hand dyed yarn in shades of pink and blue. The scarf is made with a shell stitch. I love this stitch because it was the first fancy stitch I learned.

2013 National Barbie Convention
I participated in the fashion show and wore the Stephen Burrows Pazette Barbie Doll Outfit.
I crocheted the entire outfit. The headpiece was made with sticks, cardboard and feathers. The outside has a crocheted piece for part of the headband.
The yarns I used were: Lion Brand's microsoft, Lion Brands glitterspun, Patons silver metallic yarn, Acyrlic yarns.
