Special Olympics

I enjoy creating scarves for the Special Olympics.  Each year I look forward to making scarves for them.  Red Heart yarns are used and the colors change every year.  This year was Red and Navy Blue.  I shipped them to Louisana this year.  These are the 3 scarves that I made.  This helps me relax after creating all of the Christmas gifts for various family members.

My squares went to London

This past spring I made squares to assist the Sunshine International Blankets of Love (SIBOL). I responded to their request for squares to make a blanket to raise money for Alzheimers Society in the UK.  The request was for squares relating to the London Olympics.   Here are some of the squares that I made and they were included in the blanket.
